What We Do
The Institute is an independent think-tank producing research, policy critiques, and risk analysis on South Africa. Our fields of expertise include the economy, business, labour, education, demographics, living conditions, crime, security, healthcare, land reform, service delivery, politics, and government affairs. Our aim is to tell our subscribers today what they will read in the media in two or three years’ time.

Vacancies
Whenever we have open full time or contract positions we will advertise them here. We are always on the lookout for brilliant interns. Many of our interns have gone on to take up full time research jobs in the Institute although we by no means guarantee this. However, when we recruit for full time positions we first look at our intern pool to see if one of our interns might be a good candidate. If you have an excellent command of English writing and want experience in a top policy organization then we want to hear from you. Send us an email explaining why you want to be an intern and if we are impressed we will get back to you.
