SAIRR Press Statement: Corruption threatens rule of law - 16th February 2009

The Institute cautioned this morning that, "When the ruling party shows a disregard for the rule of law that same disregard will begin to manifest itself in government. That is something we are increasingly concerned about as the disregard could easily extend from laws governing public finances to laws relating to human rights."
