The Parliamentary Information Service (PIS) is a project that is funded by the Royal Danish Embassy, and operated by the South African Institute of Race Relations (SAIRR). It is aimed at Members of Parliament (MPs), and seeks to promote transparent governance and accountability through enabling MPs to have access to the same, credible information. This project also aims to enable fact-based decision-making into a space that is normally dominated by ideology.
