Get great experience interning at South Africa's leading research and policy organisation that will serve as a first step to any career in research, policy, government, fundraising, marketing, and public relations.
We are looking for students with brilliant academic records, excellent writing ability, and a demonstrable interest in politics and economics. Internships are unpaid and voluntary opportunities aimed at students who can commit to 15 hours a week at the Institute's offices in Braamfontein and are offered on a 3 month basis. Wits and UJ students are particularly encouraged to apply due to their proximity to our offices.
Interns are assigned to various projects and work with researchers, fundraisers, and marketers gaining valuable workplace experience at South Africa's leading research and policy organisation.
